V.I.P Lush Event – Liverpool (THEIR HALLOWEEN TREATS)

Happy Friday my little pumpkins! Sorry, not sorry that I’m leaping into the Halloween spirit. Not because it is very nearly October but because the Lush Halloween collection has dropped. Can I get an EEEEEK?! I’m pretty excited to share some of their lovely collection with you. On Thursday – I was invited to attend the Lush store in Liverpool for a V.I.P event. It was everything that I hoped it would be. I am possibly one of the few bloggers who had never attended a Lush event before – so I was pretty eager. I went with my blogger BFF, AKA my sister Rachel! She actually posted today about the Lush event, if you want to check her blog post out.
We were greeted by the lovely Sarah who booked us into the Lush Spa and offered us Pimm’s and amazing canapΓ© nibbles. Then we all had a browse around. I don’t know about anybody else but I was in my element. There is nothing like the smell of Lush. It gives me MAJOR Autumn vibes instantly.

Before the event me and Rachel stopped by Costa for a pre-event hot drink and snack. I got a cup of tea (I’m not a fan off coffee, bad blogger I know) and a Belgian chocolate brownie. It’s my favourite cake from Costa! It went down well. Little did I know that we was going to be treated to the most prefect jam scones at the event. Double indulgent kind of day for me. Again, sorry not sorry. Did I mention we had Pimm’s too? Scones and Pimm’s – very fancy indeed. So far – Lush had done put together a welcoming event and it was only just the beginning. 15 minutes after we arrived it was mine and Rachel’s slot for the Spa. Our team was called “Confidence”.

The Most Perfect Jam Scones

Leading up to the spa, they have their calming CD’s out on display – you can actually buy the CD’s. Which I really like the sound of as I love listening to calming music when I’m struggling to sleep. It even would be lovely to have a “Do it yourself” spa treatment in your own home. Put some calming music on, put a face/hair mask on and simply chill out for 15 minutes. How lovely would that be?
I wasn’t really sure what to expect at the Spa treatment experience at Lush, but it was really nice. They gave us a tour of the rooms and even a demonstration of one of the facial treatments. It looked amazing – she described how the music in the background has words that reached your subconscious and makes you feel confidence and beautiful inside and out. Which I thought was SUPER cute.
